Internal communication is one of the most important parts of our work. Good, working internal relationships are essential for great external relationships because nothing works if your organisation is not healthy from the inside out. 

I spend much of my time working with organisations as they develop their strategies making sure they consider their internal direction as well as the external considerations that they might have.
